The Ops Management checklists must be completed while logged in as the Ops Manager (username is your store's [email protected] - Eg. [email protected]). A store tablet has been provided at every location, and this tablet should be set to the Ops Manager login, so it is recommended to only enter Ops checklists using the store tablet.


If you are having trouble submitting an Ops Management checklist, it could be that the Ops Manager login session has expired. Login sessions stay available for a maximum of two weeks before expiring. If your submission isn't working, try logging out and back into the Ops Management account.
