Owner/Supervisors, as well as any manager at your store, can reset the Ops Manager password from their personal MUO account. Once you are logged in, navigate to the store profile page by going to your profile page and clicking "Admin Console".  Scroll down to the list of users and the first account will be the Ops Manager.  Click on that user account and you will be brought to Ops Manager Account. 


Clicking 'Reset Password' on the top right will automatically reset the password with a green banner showing you the new password.






Ops Manager username will always be your store's [email protected] - Eg. [email protected]. '
